Our hope is that you are truly amazed with meBible. We worked hard to polish rough edges and
to find and remove software bugs that can ruin an otherwise wonderful experience.
The reality is, however, that writing software is hard, and you
may find a problem we missed.
If you find a bug or glitch, email us at support@SURRAtech.com. We'll work to fix the problem for our next version. Feel free to email us with your ideas and "wish list" for future versions*. If you have any questions about using meBible, email us, but please make sure to read the instructions first.
Our social media pages on Facebook and Google+ are great places to share ideas, learn about upcoming releases of meBible, pick up new tips, and show your support. These pages form a community of meBible users, and we'd love to see you there! You don't need an account to view these pages. You can also follow us on Twitter!
If you love meBible as much as we do, then spread the word! Instead of draining our resources on expensive advertising, we rely on the "word of mouth" marketing of happy customers. This of course means that your happiness with our product is a top priority for us!
We also invite you to rate our application in the iTunes App Store. Ratings make a huge impact on how easily an app is found in the store. If you have time, please write a review as well. If for some reason you have a negative experience with meBible, please let us know by emailing us so we can make it right. We want your impression of meBible to be a great one.
People tend to confuse app reviews with tech support. If you post a question or a suggestion in a review, there's no way for us to respond to you. For example, sometimes people suggest features which meBible already has, but since they used the review form to do this, we can't contact them to explain how to use that existing feature. So instead, please email us at support@SURRAtech.com so we walk through the problem or suggestion with you.
